A Training Workshop on "Birds of Sri Lanka: History and Significance" was held on 30th August 2024 at the Faculty of Arts, University of Colombo organized by the Sustainable Tourism Unit in collaboration with the Field Ornithology Group of Sri Lanka and the Alumni Association of Tourism Economics and Hospitality Management, this event gathered scholars, photographers, and bird enthusiasts, especially from China.
