The Mental Health Awareness Campaign was initiated and conducted by Imhara Sharhan and Safeena Begum from Grade 10. They emphasized the importance of maintaining emotional stability to help students pursue their studies without disruptions.

Students Azka, Rifqa, Rahma, Thahani, Aysha, and Aamina from Grade 9 also shared their insights on the topic “Emotional Balance and Stress.”

Following this, Imhara and Safeena highlighted the significance of speaking openly about one’s problems as a means to overcome the stigma surrounding mental health. They also introduced the “Safe Space Project,” an initiative designed by Maryam Muzammil from Grade 10, which encourages students to share their concerns and seek support in a safe and understanding environment.

The school takes great pride in the students’ thoughtful ideas and initiatives. We wish them every success in achieving their goals and hope that their efforts continue to benefit their fellow students.
