Another good news. We won 2 gold and 2 bronze medals at the L. V. Jayaweera interschool boxing tournament held last week. We also got the "best boxer" award. Vidyartha narrowly became the "champion" with 2 gold medals.

We are pleased to inform you that we won 1 gold medal, 1 silver medal and 3 bronze medals at the Stubbs Shield tournament which ended today. It was a nail-biting tournament and during the semi-finals, 2 of our boxers were injured and were subsequently admitted to the hospital, this led to us missing the opportunity to get 2 more gold medals. Had we got those two gold medals, we would probably have been the overall champions.
We wish the team all the very best and encourage them to keep up their hard work, bringing glory to mother Mahanama.
A special thanks goes out to the Coach, MIC, the Principal and fans for their support. In particular, we would like to thank Ruwan Keragala once again for his continuous support and sponsorship of our team’s expenses.
