Voice is normal, a human voice. That is why Mozilla is eager to develop functional voice technology for our devices. Nevertheless, for this task developers need a huge amount of voice data to create voice systems. As we always think that creativity is hampering, so we as Mozillians decided to launch Common Voice, a project that helps to make the voice recognition open and accessible for all. Most of the data that are being used by large companies use are not available for the majority of people. You can offer your voice now to assist us in creating an open-source voice database that everyone can use to develop groundbreaking applications for smartphones and the Internet. It’s quite simple because you just need to read a sentence to help machines know how real people speak. Cool. Let’s get started.
