Dehiwala Campus is one of the leading government institutions in higher education sector in Sri Lanka. which has been established by the parliament act.

(SLIATE) is one of the leading government institutions in higher education sector in Sri Lanka which has been established by the parliament act no 29 of 1995, and coming under the purview of the Ministry of Higher Education. There are 17 Advanced Technological Institutes operated by SLIATE island wide having conducted a broad range of multi-disciplinary programs targeting at A/L qualified students

in Sri Lanka. At the completion of the program the student will be expected to have,

Gained knowledge of a broad range of relevant business-related academic disciplines
Acquired skills related to the following core competencies on:
Collecting, analysing and organising information The capacity to locate, sift and sort information in order to select what is required and to present it in a useful way, and evaluate both the information itself and the sources and methods used to collect it. Communicating ideas and information The capacity to communicate effectively with others using the range of spoken, written, graphic and other non-verbal means of expression. Planning and organising activities The capacity to plan and organise one’s own work activities, including making good use of time and resources, sorting out priorities and monitoring one’s performance. Working with others in teams The capacity to interact effectively with other people both on a one-to-one basis and in groups, including understanding and responding to the needs of a client and working effectively as a member of a team to achieve a shared goal. Solving problems The capacity to apply problem-solving strategies in purposeful ways, both in situations where the problem and the solution are clearly evident and in situations requiring creative thinking and a creative approach to achieve a desired outcome. Using mathematical ideas and techniques The capacity to use mathematical ideas, such as number and space, and techniques such as estimation and approximation, for practical purposes. Using technology The capacity to apply technology, combining the physical and sensory skills needed to operate equipment with the understanding of scientific and technological principles needed to explore and adapt systems. Acquired specialized knowledge of a key management-related discipline such as human resource management or marketing management
Completed practical experience in the workplace through an in-plant training

Applications are called for Higher National Diploma (HND) programs conducted by the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education (SLIATE) from those who have successfully completed the G.C.E.(A/L) Examination in 2019 or preceding years. The application should be done only via apply.sliate.ac.lk and any other means of application will not be accepted..

SLIATE ආයතනය තුල පවතින පාඨමාලා අතරින් ඉහල පිළිගැනීමක් ඇති පාඨමාලාවකි, මෙය වසර තුනකින් යුක්ත වන අතර දෙවන වසරේ සිට ඔබගේ කැමැත්ත පරිදී Marketing Management හෝ HR Management යන අංශ දෙකෙන් කැමති අන්ශයක් මූලික කරගෙන ඉදිරි අධ්‍යන කටයුතු සිදුකල හැකිය. මෙම උසස් ජාතික කළමනාකරණ ඩිප්ලෝම පාඨමාලාව,පුර්ණ කාලීන වසර 3ක්
පුර්ණ ඉංග්‍රීසි මාධ්‍යයෙන් පැවැත්වෙන අතර ප්‍රායෝගික පුහුණුවක් අවසන් වසර තුලදී

3.IPM ආයතනයේ FCHRM සහ CCHRM අදියරයන් නිදහස් වීම.

4.AAT ආයතනයේ පදනම් හා අන්තර් මාධ්‍ය අදියරයන් නිදහස් වීම.

5.SLIM ආයතනයේ පදනම් අදියරේ විෂයන් 2ක් නිදහස් වීම.
