The Giraffe Weevil has an extraordinary adaptation which the male has an elongated neck that can be up to two-three times the length of its body. This unique feature allows them head-to-head combat with other males and reach vegetation within its’ arboreal habitat in rainforests.

When tiny pieces come together, it builds the whole world. 🌏💚
Greensphere led the Miniature Gardening workshop for Kids at Dilmah t-Lounge and it was an amazing experience for all of us.
Using tools, selecting the most fitting pieces, blending colors, and beyond everything, they practiced the most priceless qualities of helping each other, sharing and patience.

A mating pair of Dull Swirled Hawkmoth. 💚
In moths, usually the female emits pheromone to attract males so males have antennae with feathery appearance than that of the female. During mating, the female attaches to the surface with her strong legs and male fixed to the female with genitalia.
