Human Resource Circle of NSBM Green University Mission Statement - To organise events and initiate projects that focus on enhancing knowledge and improving employability.

The HR Circle of NSBM Green University is a strong independent unit that aims towards achieving the set objectives and operates for the betterment of its members and NSBM at large. The HR Circle provides a transformational experience to the undergraduates by providing them the opportunity to explore their passion in human resources management and to connect with others who have similar interests. The HR Circle of NSBM functions with the vision of ensuring that all NSBM graduates are well versed with the knowledge and competencies of the human resource field and to enhance their employability to be capable employees when they step into the corporate sector while the mission of the HR Circle is to organize events and initiate projects that focus on enhancing knowledge and improving employability. Furthermore, the HR Circle assists undergraduates in a variety of ways, including providing a platform for the undergraduates to demonstrate their HR skills, offering an affinity group for undergraduates to form and nurture connections, as well as providing a path to leadership and take on leadership roles which will lead to career advancements. Vision Statement - To ensure that all NSBM graduates are well versed with the knowledge and competencies of the human resource field and to enhance their employability to be capable employees when they step into the corporate sector.
