• Obtain the necessary approvals, both internal and external, to implement programs ( TVEC, UGC etc)
• Organizing and lecturing on given programs
• Plan orientation programs and drive students’ enrolment with the support of sales and marketing department
• Overall accountability for the delivery of high-quality programs and the retention of students for top-ups
• Complete accountability for the chosen School's P&L.
• Performing any additional duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Should hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree
• Superior English communication abilities
• Positive personality with a do-it-yourself attitude
