Under the esteemed guidance of His Lordship Preethi Padman Surasena, Chief Justice and Chairman of the Incorporated Council of Legal Education (ICLE), the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS) is being revived to provide high-quality advanced learning opportunities for legal professionals.

Continuing the Rivalry. Rekindling the Tradition.

Following the discussion held on Friday 11th July with the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo, Prof. Vajira Dissanayake, it was tentatively agreed to schedule the Law-Medical Encounter for November. The timeline and sports are currently under discussion and will be confirmed in due time.

Preliminary discussions were also held on reviving the iconic Law-Medical Ball, with plans underway to transform it into a truly memorable event.

The Law College delegation at the meeting comprised the Principal, Deputy Principal, and officials of the Law Students’ Union.

Congratulations Team Sri Lanka - Winners at the Brown-Mosten International Client Consultation Competition 2025!

The team comprised two students from Sri Lanka Law College - Mr. Bilaal Marikar and Mr. Januda Perera. They were trained by Ms. Senuri Silva.

The team was coached and sponsored by the Moot Court Bench & Sri Lanka Law College.

The competition was held at the University of Glasgow, Scotland from 9th to 12th April.
