The celebration also featured a heartfelt poem competition, where Motivista had the privilege of selecting the best poems from a wonderfully creative collection of entries dedicated to mothers. ❤️

Elevate U! - Phase II ✨

Motivista Academy of Excellence continued its engagement with the Leos of Leo District 306 D4 through the second phase of the Elevate U programme, focusing on emerging technological trends and future readiness.

The session explored new technical advancements, the growing role of AI in the evolving job market, and how young professionals can build the skills needed to effectively leverage technology in the workplace while preparing for future AI-driven changes.

Held on 03rd May 2026, this session was conducted by Wathsala Palansooriya, a Machine Learning professional with extensive experience in Business Technology and AI industry, who shared valuable insights and practical perspectives with the participants.

Motivista Academy of Excellence had the privilege of engaging with the Leos of Leo District 306 D4 through a dynamic professional skills development programme aimed at empowering youth for future success.

The first phase of the programme, held on 26th March 2026, focused on soft skill development, covering key areas such as communication skills, confidence building, emotional intelligence, and professional presence.

This insightful session was conducted by Lakisha Perera , a Corporate Trainer and Workshop Facilitator who specializes in delivering engaging, results-driven training programmes. She guided participants through practical strategies to enhance their personal and professional growth.

Motivista Academy of Excellence facilitated an empowering development programme for the students of Kolonnawa Balika Vidyalaya. Organized by the Rotract Club of the University of Colombo, the session focused on shaping confidence and building leadership skills.

The programme covered key areas such as self-empowerment, time management, goal setting and planning, project management fundamentals, leadership development, and results-oriented thinking; equipping students with practical tools to successfully manage their personal and academic journeys.
