The CBTD Employability Skills Training Programme successfully conducted the virtual Familiarization Programme on the 29th of October 2021 from 2.00 PM onwards.

The Familiarization programme was conducted to familiarize with the training modules prepared by the Training Facilitators of The CBTD Training programme and as a familiarization initiative between the CBTD and CEMCA administration and Session facilitators.

The Familiarization programme took place with the presence of Mr. Kithsiri Devapriya (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer - CBTD,Sri Lanka), Mr. Saurabh Mishra (officer in charge of Training (Skills) in South Asia - CEMCA) Mr. Mohan Perera (Director-CBTD | Course Coordinator) , Mr. Upul Peiris (Director CBTD), Ms. Raveeni Weerasinghe (Administrator - CBTD Training).

The experienced panel of Session facilitators included the likes of;

Ms. Kalanie Silva (Session Facilitator : Effective Communication, Team Building and Leadership skills Training)

CBTD | CEMCA Employment Skills Training Programme successfully concluded the Orientation Programme for all the participants of this programme on the 27th and 28th of October 2021.

The participants were given an introduction to the programme and were briefed on the importance of this programme by the CBTD Administration and CBTD group of facilitators for this online training programme.

The Orientation foresaw an Introduction to the CBTD | CEMCA Employment soft skills training with English programme by Mr. Upul Peiris (Director-CBTD) and Ms. Raveeni Weerasinghe (Administrator- CBTD training).

Speakers in this Orientation programme included the likes of Mr. Mohan Perera (Director-CBTD), and a Group of Facilitators in the training Programme including Ms. Kalanie Silva, Ms. Gayani Jayasinghe, Ms. Lathika Kudavidana and Moderator Rajiva Weerakoon
