​Once upon a time, I had the incredible opportunity to travel to Russia for the Ashihara Kyokai Winter Camp.
​It was an intensive period of growth, surrounded by world-class practitioners.

It reminded me that excellence is a universal language. Whether you are in a dojo in Russia or a meeting room at office, success comes down to the same core principles:
