වෙනස් වීම කියන දෙය පහසු දෙයක් නෙමෙයි,ඒ මාර්ගයේ පසුබෑම් හෝ මාර්ග බාධක අත්විඳීම සාමාන්ය දෙයක්.
කෙසේ වෙතත්, මෙම බාධක වලට මුහුණ දීම තුලින් අරමුණකට යන්න අවැසි ශක්තිය ලබා දෙන බව අමතක නොකර තබා ගැනීම වැදගත් වෙනවා. ඒ වගේම ඒ වෙනස් වීම අපට වර්ධනය වීමට සහ ඉගෙන ගැනීමට පවා උපකාර කරන බවද තේරුම් ගැනීම වැදගත්.
අප පසුබෑමකට මුහුණ දෙන කොට, අප බලාපොරොත්තු වූ තරම් ඉක්මනින් ප්රගතියක් දියුණුවක් ලැබෙන්නෙ නැති නිසා සමහර වෙලාවට අපි අධෛර්යමත් වීම සහ අපි අපටම චොදනා කිරීම,මානසිකව පහර දීම වගේ දේවල් පහසු වෙන්න පුළුවන්.
නමුත් මෙම නිෂේධාත්මක ස්වයං-විවේචනය දිගටම සිදුකිරීම නිසා අපි අපව තවදුරටත් පහල මට්ටමකට අරගෙන යනවා වගේම ඒ නිසා අපගේ ප්රගතිය තවත් අඩාල වෙනවා.
ඒ වෙනුවට, අප මේ පසුබෑම් සැලකිය යුත්තේ වර්ධනයට සහ ඉගෙනීමට ඇති අවස්ථා විදිහට. සමහර විට අපට අපගේ කාර්යයේ යෙදුන විදිහ නැවත සළකාබැලීමට, අපිට අවැසි අමතර සම්පත් හෝ සහාය ලබා ගැනීමට ගැන කල්පනාකරලා බලන්න මේක අවස්ථාවක් කරගන්න පුළුවනි.
සමහර විට අපි පියවරක් පොඩ්ඩක් පස්සට අරගෙන ගෙන නැවත අපගේ ඉලක්ක සහ ප්රමුඛතා කෙරෙහි අවධානය යොමු කරන්න පුළුවන්.
ප්රගතිය සාර්ථකත්වය කියනදී සැමවිටම රේඛීය දෙයක් නෙමෙයි. හැබැයි අපි අවසානයේ වඩාත් වැදගත් වෙන්නේ දීර්ඝකාලිනව තිරසාර සහ තෘප්තිමත් ආකාරයකින් ඉදිරියට යන්න බව. ඒක ඔබ අදහස් කරනවා නම්, පියවරක් පස්සට ගැනීම වරදක් නෙමෙයි.
ඒ නිසා, ඔබේ ජීවිතයේ වෙනස්කම් කිරීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වූවාට වඩා වැඩි කාලයක් ගත වුනොත් ඔබටම චොදනා කරන්න යන්න එපා.මගේ වචනයෙන් කිව්වොත් ඔබ ඔබව ස්වයං හිංසනයකට ලක්කරන්න එපා.
ජීවිතය පුළුවන් තරම් ඉදිරියට තල්ලු කරන්න, ධනාත්මකව ඉන්න, සහ ගමන විශ්වාස කරන්න.

Change is not always easy, and it's common to experience setbacks or roadblocks along the way. However, it's important to remember that these obstacles serve a purpose and can even help us grow and learn.
When we encounter a setback, it can be easy to feel discouraged and beat ourselves up for not making progress as quickly as we had hoped. But this negative self-talk only serves to further demotivate us and can hinder our progress even more.
Instead, we should view setbacks as opportunities for growth and learning. Perhaps we need to reevaluate our approach or seek out additional resources or support. Maybe we need to take a step back and re-focus on our goals and priorities.
Remember that progress is not always linear. It's okay to take a step backward if it means we're ultimately moving forward in a more sustainable and fulfilling way. So, don't beat yourself up if it's taking longer than expected to make changes in your life. Keep pushing forward, stay positive, and trust the journey.
