Held at the inspiring setting of Waters Edge, the program created the perfect atmosphere for learning, collaboration, and personal growth. Led by renowned trainer Mr. Aruna Muthumuni, the sessions focused on strengthening leadership thinking, decision-making, communication, and the mindset needed to lead with purpose and confidence.

More than just a training program, this initiative reflects JF & I’s continuous commitment to building a strong organizational culture rooted in alignment, teamwork, and growth. By investing in leadership development, JF & I continues to nurture a culture where individuals are encouraged to think collectively, lead responsibly, and work towards shared goals.

The JF&I Cricket Fiesta 2026 – UAE Edition was an absolute hit!
