You are required to develop a bespoke system, which essentially answers a specific problem of a client/business. However It’s now optional to have a client certificate for your project.
Does it mean you don’t need a client?
Are you allowed to develop a common solution?

Yes, it has a tight and busy schedule, with some deliverables and milestones continuing throughout the duration. It’s more challenging if you are working, taking other pending subjects, having family commitments, and so on.
