The Embassy of Nepal, in partnership with the Bandaranaike Academy for Leadership & Public Policy, hosted a Regional Diplomatic Dialogue on the 2nd of May.

The session featured a mindfulness meditation led by Kenyan monk Ven. Dhammaoshada and brought together distinguished leaders, including the Ambassadors of Indonesia, Bangladesh, and Nepal, along with representatives from the SAARC mission and several other dignitaries.

It was a unique evening dedicated to exploring how mindfulness can shape stronger leadership, emotional intelligence, and human connection
