Proud moment for all of us 🙏🇱🇰

One of our batchmates has been commissioned as a Captain in the Sri Lanka Army, specializing in sniping, and is currently serving as an instructor at the Diyathalawa Sniper Training School. In addition to training local personnel, he is also involved in overseas training programs, representing our country with distinction.

At present, he is in India following the Young Officers Course, further enhancing his professional expertise and leadership skills.

A true inspiration and a source of pride for our country and our school. Wishing him continued success as he serves the nation with dedication and honor.

The celebration of The Solemnity of Corpus Christi – 28.10.2025

As one Josephian family, we joyfully came together on 28th October 2025 to celebrate the Solemnity of Corpus Christi, giving thanks for the priceless gift of the Holy Eucharist.

We were especially blessed to welcome two newly ordained Old Boy priests as our guest celebrants at the Holy Mass:

Rev. Fr. Deshan De Almeida

A special feature of this year's celebration was the reverent and grace-filled moment when the Blessed Sacrament was carried to each and every classroom, allowing all our students to spend time in personal adoration. It was a profound reminder of Christ’s Real Presence dwelling among us.

May the Eucharistic Lord continue to bless our College, our families, and our beloved nation, guiding us in faith, unity, and service.

St. Joseph’s Dominance Unfolds at the 50th All-Island Schools Aquatic Championship for the 20th consecutive year!

The Lotus Tower glowing in blue and white—the proud colors of St. Joseph’s College—makes for a majestic salute to the Joe’s swimmers and their remarkable triumph at the 50th National Aquatic Championship. The symbolism of Sri Lanka’s tallest landmark honoring youthful excellence in the pool is both poetic and inspiring.

St. Joseph’s College has once again proven its supremacy, becoming champions at the 50th Sri Lanka Schools Aquatic Championships 2025 with an outstanding total of 562 points — marking an extraordinary 20th consecutive title.

This historic achievement is a reflection of relentless dedication, world-class coaching, and the unwavering Josephian spirit. For two decades, the College has set the standard in school-level swimming, and this year’s emphatic victory only strengthens that legacy.
