PARAMANAGALA TEMPLE, BANDARAGAMA, SRILANKA
◾Paramanagala Temple is a Buddhist temple which is situated in Bandaragama in the Kalutara district. The temple has a lotus-shaped pagoda and is the first of its type in South Asia. It is a significant and iconic Buddhist temple surrounded by paddy fields which add to a beautiful sight.

இக்கோயிலுக்கு முதலாம் இராஜசிங்கன் காலத்து வரலாறு உண்டு.
கி.பி.1581-93க்கு இடைப்பட்ட காலத்தில் இந்து சமய ஆலோசகராக இருந்த மன்னர் ராஜசிங்கப் பெருமாள் தங்கியிருந்த இடம் என அறியப்படுகிறது.
