Our school started on 1st of february 1937. The Principle was Mr.

H.S Perera

In 1957, there were only 95 students in school

In 1967, we present our first batch of Ordinary Level examinees and one student has passed 7 subject with three merits

In 1987,a new Building has opened

In 2001.10.19,There was a " Technology skill exhibition "

In 2003.03.25, We started The English medium classes for grade six

In 2003.05.09, Started The "Nana Udana" Programe

In 2003.06.23, Opened The Computer unit

In 2004.05.27, Opened buddha shrine

In 2004.08.14, Got tap water supply to school

2004.10.05, Started The "Predeepa school programme"
