ICSSL 2026: Workshop 01 Successfully Concluded!

The Faculty of Social Sciences and Languages at the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka successfully concluded Workshop 01 of the 3rd International Conference on Social Sciences and Languages (ICSSL 2026).

The session, titled "Research in the age of AI: How to use AI ethically without crossing the plagiarism line," was delivered by distinguished resource person Dr. Aparrajitha Ariyadasa (Attorney-at-Law, Chartered Patent Agent C**A, and CEO of SAPPA). The workshop provided critical insights into maintaining academic integrity while utilizing AI tools responsibly in academic research.

On December 18th, the International Conference on Social Sciences and Languages 2024 reached its triumphant conclusion, marking an inspiring milestone in academic collaboration and innovation. 🌍💡

We were honoured by the presence of our distinguished Chief Guest, H.E. Eric Walsh, High Commissioner for Canada in Sri Lanka and Maldives; the esteemed keynote speaker, Ms. Samadanie Kiriwandeniya, Director of Sanasa International Pvt. Ltd.; and the special speaker, Dr. Lakshika Liyanage, Dean of the Faculty of Management, Social Sciences, and Humanities at General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, Ratmalana.
