At the 25th Vietnam International Mathematics Competition 2025, out of ten students who represented Sri Lanka, only two were awarded medals. 🌟

We are thrilled to celebrate our very own M.J. Aris, a talented student of Methodist Central College, Batticaloa, who brought glory to our school, province, and country by winning the Bronze Medal! 🏅

This remarkable achievement marks a historic milestone for the Eastern Province, proving that dedication and hard work always shine through. 💫

We are delighted to share that M.J. Aris, a brilliant student of BT/Methodist Central College, has brought great honour to our school and province by winning a Bronze Medal at the International Mathematical Olympiad 2025, held in Vietnam! 🇱🇰🇻🇳
Out of the 10 students selected to represent Sri Lanka, two students from the Northern and Eastern Provinces secured medals and one of them is our very own Aris!

The competition, which began on 14th August 2025, witnessed participation from the world’s best young mathematicians, and this achievement is truly a testament to Aris’s hard work and talent. ✨📘
