Our travel agency based in Batticaloa is looking for a webmaster to work on our websites and social media.

Job Description:
The selected candidate will, under close supervision
- manage our websites,
- create and post new pages and articles,
- edit photos and videos for our websites and social media,
- do some field work to feed the websites (marketing, photography, data collection, etc.),
- post regular updates on websites and social media,
- do some other tasks according to the needs

Wanted Skills:
Website creation and management (under wordpress)
Graphic designing and photo edition (photoshop, ACDsee)
Edition of short videos
Good knowledge of Search Engine Optimization tasks
Good practice of social media platforms
Good level of written and spoken English
Ability to do some field work to collect data for the website (motorbike license)
Photography skills + marketing skills are a plus
Wanted Attitude:
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Hard working, flexible and committed candidate

Location:
Batticaloa town

Salary/Allowance:
According to skills and experience. An on-the-job trainee can be considered for this position.

Length of contract:
Initially 3 months (6 months for on-the-job trainee). The contract can be extended if the selected candidate gives full satisfaction.

Visit to the market, cooking class and lunch in a local family, bicycle ride to Batticaloa lighthouse, and fishing class on the lagoon... Today is the last day of the exhibition held on the Eastern University grounds in Vantharamoolai. Come and meet the students, learn about the different departments of the University, and have a chance to get beautiful handicraft made in Batticaloa district...
