The second day of the celebration brought immense joy to everyone who took part. The "Doves Dance," culminating in the simultaneous release of hundreds of doves into the sky, created a breathtaking spectacle of peace and harmony. Additionally, the students showcased their incredible talents through creative displays that thoroughly mesmerized the audience. Our sincere thanks to Rev. Fr. C.V. Annadas for his vibrant message and Blessings on this occasion.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the Hon. Arun Hemachandra, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Employment, for dedicating his valuable time to encourage and inspire our students. The evening lantern walk, held to shine the light of St. Cecilia’s Girls' College, was an amazing inspiration to all the onlookers. It commenced from St. Sebastian's Church with a prayer of blessing by Rev. Fr. James Antonthas Morais S.J. Added beauty came from a shower of flowers dropped from above by a drone, making it a truly spectacular sight.
