Little Learners Montessori Preschool

Little Learners Montessori Preschool Nurturing young minds since 2011📚🎒 Her knowledge and experience in the field spans over 14 years.

Little Learners is a Private Montessori Preschool and a homely daycare facility conveniently located at church road Pelawatte. It is a vision become reality of founder directress Lasitha Abeydeera who is an Association Montessori International diploma holder, and Child Psychology diploma holder from the American College of higher education. At Little Learners our curriculum and classrooms are designed to assist children in learning at their own pace while developing social skills and self-confidence. Children at our school use special Montessori material which will help develop the concentration, coordination and working habits necessary for more advanced exercises that will be performed at a later stage. The Premises was carefully selected to provide a typical home away from home environment and to ensure the children have adequate space and ventilation enabling them to carry out their day to day educational activities comfortably. The high quality furniture and material provided have been carefully selected for the benefit of the children.

🌿 Gardening Week continues at Little Learners! 🌞👩‍🌾✨
(Day 03 & 04)

Little hands, big hearts and now little sprouts too! 💛
This week, our young gardeners continued caring for their plants, observing tiny changes and learning to be patient and gentle.

Through watering, touching the soil, and watching their seeds slowly grow, our children are connecting deeply with nature and learning responsibility in the most joyful way🌱🌻

We’re not just planting seeds,we’re planting wonder, responsibility, and love🪴🌷

It’s gardening week at our Montessori ! 🧑‍🌾✨🪴
(Day 01 & 02)

Our children learned the magic of planting seeds—how something so tiny can turn into a beautiful plant with sunshine, water, and love.
This hands-on activity teaches patience, observation, and the value of nurturing life.
We are growing more than just plants—we’re growing care, joy, and curious minds!

We can’t wait to see the sprouts grow—just like our little ones! 🌻🌱
