We're caught up in a world where our lives are often driven by forces outside of us, and we rarely take the time to appreciate our own journey.

Just pause and think about that for a moment.
I’m not placing blame on you—because I too didn’t always realize this. But I believe that someone, somewhere, might be blessed by this track. And that’s why I’m sharing it.

Six years ago, I was the head of marketing and doing incredibly well, with all the credentials to climb the corporate ladder. After that, everything turned into a nightmare, which made me reevaluate my goal and purpose and work towards them.

when I lookback, things have changed that I have started creating a deeper purpose for the others to redefine their outcome.

Every fall has a new beginning, and that new beginning can be greater than the former one if you agree to accept it and work towards it.

In one of his games, this young cricker connected with his heart and mind in a way that completely amazed me. in that, he claimed five wickets.
He made a very unique statement. He said he was planning to bowl in a such away and the batsmen also expected him to come in the same direction, but the ball went completely the opposite way and was caught.

This is where your intuition takes control of your conscious thought process and guides you in a direction you are completely unaware of. This is the intelligent power that you create when you are fully connected with your heart and mind.
He was in a shock, but one thing was certain: he had a strong connection to his heart and mind.

This 16-year-old kid had so much doubt in him, and it had a direct connection to his performance. For the entire season, it has been a low score for him, and that was the time he met me.

He went back after the session, and the coach found a change in his batting and gave him a chance. He was the highest scorer in that match, and that was the end of the doubt he had. I asked him what happened to the doubt, and he laughed.
My dear friend, the greatest gift to finding inner strength in you will be the BELIEF that you create in yourself. That power is beyond the size of a universe. So start believing in yourself. Believe in your products and services; if you are the CEO, believe in your management team; if you are a parent, believe in your kids and if you are the head of sales, believe in your sales team, and you will find great strength, creativity, solutions, etc.

This guy was very busy, so I only had one or two sessions with him. He was allowed to take a month-long break after suffering a serious injury and we agreed to continue the same through his mind eye.

when he got back, he scored a hundred and that added extra points to secure his selection when we reunited with the U-19 national team. He said that his breathing during each run brought resilience and focus. Now, that's the power of the Heart and Mind.
So happy for this young man. .

I always get excited with Clients because they always find the solutions on their own, and those solutions are the right fit for them. The question is: why is it that they don't find it? and I have only one answer, and that is their "limiting belief" and they agree to see the way they want to see it.
Sanju's sessions one and two just broke those to recreate a new belief. These are real stories of people coming from ordinary to extraordinary and sharing their suggestions with all of us. This is called "breakthrough" for me.

Hi, one of the greatest reasons for me to find out why the clients are struggling to find answers to their problems can be due to three reasons.

1) They don't know that they have a problem.
2) They do not know how to ask the relevant question to find the right answer. Or
3)They ask the question in favor of their own outcome.
I find this 99.9% true.
When you are boss, leader, or head of department, you need to improve on this because those who are struggling, have the problem and the solutions with them. This is my belief 101% so true based on my coaching experience.

I have never found a single person who has walked out without finding solutions for their issues. It's amazing, isn't it? But I have found that they hold a significant amount of blockage in the mind for that information to flow.

Hi Family. I have been coaching athletes on how to strengthen their mental capabilities, and this young cricketer, Mahith, shares a very important aspect of sportsmanship to impart. Every aspect of our lives is affected by this. It might be a sport, life, office, or even parents.

What calmness will do is allow you to connect with the heart and mind and find your inner strength, and that strength can have something to do with creativity, confidence, innovation, coping with a certain challenging moment, or whatever you need as the outcome by simply connecting with your inner strength. Once you develop this skill, you will also develop the ability to believe in yourself and increase trust and confidence.
