The trip provided an opportunity for our young learners to experience the world beyond the classroom while building confidence, curiosity, and social skills.

The Inter-House Sports Meet – Final Day 2026 was successfully held on 7th March 2026, marking the culmination of months of dedication, preparation, and perseverance.

The atmosphere on the day was truly electric, filled with vibrant house colours, resounding cheers, and an infectious energy that echoed across the grounds. Students competed with great enthusiasm and determination, displaying not only their athletic abilities but also an admirable spirit of healthy competition, unity, and resilience. Our staff and students showcased remarkable sportsmanship, teamwork, and commitment throughout the sports season of Academic year 2025/2026.

We were honoured by the gracious presence of our Chief Guest, W. M. Thanuja Wijekoon, Deputy Director of Education (Sports), Uva Provincial Department of Education, and our Guest of Honour, AIS Chairman Mr. Khalid Sher, whose presence added great value and prestige to the occasion.

This achievement reflects the strong foundation and vision of Archimedes International School, in providing a well-rounded education that nurtures not only academic excellence but also the skills, discipline, and spirit of sports—shaping our students into global future leaders.
