St. Peter's College defeated Wesley College 17-13 in a nail-biting encounter, finishing the game with just 12 men on the field and proving exactly what they are made of.

This victory is dedicated to late Hamza Hidayathullah, the backbone of the Bamba Brigade and a truly passionate Peterite rugby enthusiast. Even the rain gods held back their tears today! 🏉🔥

As we gather for this much anticipated encounter between St. Peter’s College and Wesley College, we take a moment to honor and remember our beloved Hamza — a true Peterite whose presence, passion, and spirit will forever remain a part of our rugby family. 💙🤍💛

Let us come together not only to remember Hamza, but also to stand behind the boys who will take the field carrying the Peterite spirit with pride and courage. Your presence and support will mean more than ever.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Rugby Foundation of St. Peter’s College and Rev. Fr. Rohitha Rodrigo for graciously allowing and supporting this tribute in remembrance of Hamza.
May his memory continue to inspire generations to come. 🕊️
