✨ The Inauguration Ceremony of the Junior and Senior Level English Literary Associations will be held with the election of new office bearers and committee members.

Following the relaunch of the Science Stream under the Science Project, classes for the Biology and Mathematics streams are being successfully conducted continuously.

In the Boys’ Badminton Zonal Level Tournament, the students who represented Jeilani National School achieved the following places and qualified for the Provincial Level Competition.
Competition Details
Under 16 (Boys’ Team)
Secured the 2nd Runners-Up place and qualified for the Provincial Level Competition.
Under 18 (Boys’ Team)
Secured the 2nd Runners-Up place and qualified for the Provincial Level Competition.
Under 18 (Singles)
F.M.M. Hamdhan secured the 2nd Runners-Up place in the individual event and qualified for the Provincial Level Competition.

The Health Education teachers, Mr. K. Ilangeswaran and Mrs. Chandima Jayasingha, made a great contribution towards the success of our students.

With the aim of enhancing the educational development of our students, the valuable SMART Board provided by the Vanni Hope and generously sponsored by Al-Haj M.B. Fawzul Muneer, S.M. Mafas, A.C. Rismi, and A.R. Asardeen was officially handed over today for the use of the students by Mr. Ranjan Sivagnanasundaram, Director of Vanni Hope, Provincial Coordinator Mr. Radha, and Mr. Gunadeepan under the leadership of the Principal, Mrs. R. Suganthi.
We express our heartfelt gratitude on behalf of the entire school community to Vanni Hope for supporting the improvement of our students’ learning abilities through modern technology. We also extend our sincere thanks to the generous donors, the SDEC, and the OBA members for their immense support, as well as to all the kind-hearted individuals who contributed to the success of this meaningful initiative

Following the Jeilani GRAND FIESTA 2026, the OGA (Old Girls’ Association) organized a special Gratitude Meeting on 08 May 2026 at the new auditorium under the leadership of the Principal, Mrs. R. Suganthi.
The Secretary, Mrs. Maharifa Sadeek, took the initiative in organizing this event to express sincere gratitude to the Principal, stall holders, event partners, SDEC, OBA, JEWEL, supportive staff members, and all others who contributed to the remarkable success of Grand Fiesta 2026.
The financial report of the Grand Fiesta was presented by the Treasurer, Mrs. Razani Hilmy.
It is notable that the OGA members were also warmly appreciated by SDEC and OBA with mementos of appreciation, in recognition of their dedicated service and commitment.
A refreshment arrangement was also provided by the OGA for all participants as a token of appreciation.

For the election of new prefects to the Prefects’ Council of Jeilani National School, an interview was held on 4th May 2026 under the leadership of the Principal, Mrs. R. Suganthi.
The following teachers made a great effort to make this prefect selection interview a success: Mrs. J.A.N. Fawmiya, Mrs. M.I.F. Farwin, Mrs. M.A. Irfana, Mrs. A.S.F. Munshifa, Miss R. Naajida, Mr. M.H.M. Waseem, Mr. V.Ajith Kumar, and Mr. M.A.M. Aasif.

Jeilani GRAND FIESTA 2026, organized by the OGA (Old Girls’ Association) of Jeilani National School, began on 2nd May 2026 at the school premises with vibrant and colorful visuals. The event features a wide range of sales outlets, exciting stalls, and entertaining activities, creating a lively atmosphere for visitors. Families and friends are invited to enjoy two days filled with fun, food, shopping, and entertainment.
