Department of Public Administration successfully conducted a workshop on "Strategic Training and Development" for HRD 200 level students as a practical component of their "Instructional Training" course unit on 23rd July 2025 at the university. Resource person was Mr. Nadun Munaweera, the Associate Project Manager of Dialog Axiata PLC.

Experience Sharing Session with a Business Legend 🌟

The Department of Public Administration successfully conducted an insightful experience-sharing session titled "Secrets behind Business Excellence: Role of Leadership and Best HRD Practices" on 30th January 2025.

The session featured Dr. Kulathunga Rajapaksa, Former Chairman of DSI Samson Group (Pvt) Ltd., who shared his invaluable experiences and expertise in leadership and human resource development. His journey, strategies for business excellence, and best HRD practices provided an inspiring learning experience for all participants.
