The Yoga Session 2025 was successfully held on 12th September 2025, organized by the University College of Batangala 🌿.
The session was conducted by Dr. R.P.C. Janaka, Public Health Medical Officer /Ayurvedic Doctor from the Divisional Secretariat Office, Dehiowita 👨⚕️, guiding participants towards a healthy body and a peaceful mind 🧘✨.
🌟 It was a refreshing and inspiring experience highlighting the importance of physical and mental well-being, balance, and mindfulness in our daily lives 💫.
