Today, we proudly celebrate the dedication, compassion, and strength of nurses around the world, especially the committed nursing professionals of Sri Lanka 🇱🇰

Sri Lankan nurses continue to stand at the forefront of healthcare by providing quality patient care, supporting communities, responding to emergencies, and contributing to the development of the health sector despite many challenges.

This year’s theme reminds us that empowering nurses through education, leadership, professional recognition, and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is essential to building a stronger healthcare system for the future.
