Warmest congratulations to Dr. Pondchanok for successfully defending her PhD in Knowledge & Innovation Management (KIM) at Bangkok University, in partnership with the University of Grenoble Alpes (France).
Her dissertation—reviewed by a distinguished committee of eight experts—presents a highly original and impactful study on using weak signals to enhance the ideation process within an insurance regulator’s innovation lab in Thailand.
A special thanks to her two amazing advisors, Prof. Nicolas Lesca and Dr. Irene Fan, for their exceptional guidance and support throughout this journey.

We are delighted to announce that Dr.Kaiyu (Karrie) Yang, a Ph.D. KIM graduate from Bangkok University, has been honored with the prestigious 2025 Outstanding Student Award for her distinguished dissertation in the field of social sciences. This award is presented by the Association of Private Higher Education Institutions of Thailand (APHEIT) under the gracious patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.
