What an amazing day it has been at ISSL Sports Day 2026! We’ve seen incredible energy, teamwork, and sportsmanship from all our students — whether you were racing, cheering, participating in Zumba, or supporting your friends.

We would like to recognize and thank Mrs. de Freitas and the PTC for all of their behind the scenes work for our exciting day today. Things like, organizing the tents, organizing the concession food stand, all the materials needed for today and the transport of everything to the stadium and back. A special thanks to Dr. Harini Vemula for being our doctor on call for the day. Without all of this work we could not have a Sports Day.

A big thank you to our teachers, especially Ms. Lapointe for organizing today, parents, and guests for helping make today so special. We would like to recognize our District 1 officials who came out today to support us in making today a huge success, starting with Mr. Adley who is the Sports Co-ordinator for District 1, Mr. Isidore, Ms. Rages, Mr. Long, Mr. Filogene, and Mr. James. And last but not least, a huge round of applause to all our students for giving their best and making today so much fun!

Remember, Sports Day isn’t just about winning — it’s about trying your hardest, encouraging each other, and enjoying the day.
