The Beauty of the Caribbean
Experience the beauty and natural wonders of the Caribbean while learning about the different cultures that influenced modern St.
Lucian life. Explore the ecosystems of the most mountainous of the Caribbean Islands. Learn how to conduct anthropological fieldwork while immersed in the local community. Classes will be held on the Campus of The Pastoral Centre. Students will live in a villa overlooking beautiful Rodney Bay. Program Highlights
- Day excursions to cultural heritage sites
- Visit the French island of Martinique

[04/03/17] I'm busy recruiting for the program so that we can have a full program (14) so grab a friend and talk them into signing up!

The colors and symbols of the St. Lucian flag carry cultural, political, and regional meanings. The blue is the sea. The black and white represent the people.The yellow symbolizes the sun. The triangles represent the Pitons, twin volcanoes.
St. Lucia was known as the Island of the Iguanas by the Amerindian Arawak and Carib people who are known to have been among the earliest settlers here.
