Library orientation goes beyond finding books. Students are learning how to:

💻 Access online databases, eBooks and other digital resources
📚 Use the library catalogue and collections
📝 Get research and referencing support
🎓 Connect library resources with what they’re learning in the classroom

The Library is pleased to host a special EBSCOhost Masterclass for the entire Health & Wellness Faculty.

This focused session will introduce faculty and students to two valuable health information resources available through the Library:

🔎 𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐇𝐋 𝐏𝐥𝐮𝐬 – a leading database for nursing and allied health literature, research and evidence-based information.

🩺 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 – a practical clinical resource supporting nursing education, patient care, skills development and evidence-based practice.

Through these databases, our students and staff have access to a wealth of credible, current and academically relevant information to support teaching, learning, research and clinical practice.
