🚀 Empowering Future Leaders in Anse La Raye! 🌍✨

On March 15, 2025, in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Development and Sports Saint Lucia, members of Strategy Reloaded and ReThink Youth delivered a Leadership Workshop for young leaders and youth organizations in Anse La Raye. This initiative was hosted by the Ministry of Youth Development and Sports - Saint Lucia through Youth Worker Jeancon Trevon Harris, whose dedication to youth empowerment made this impactful session possible.

From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, participants engaged in insightful discussions and hands-on learning focused on:

🔹 Self-Leadership
🔹 Servant Leadership
🔹 Conversational Leadership
🔹 Leadership Responsibilities
🔹 Leadership and Influence

This powerful session was facilitated by David Aaron Henry (CEO of Strategy Reloaded Co-Founder & President of ReThink Youth Inc , and of WEF Global Shapers Castries Hub ) and Tarik Phillip (Vice President of ReThink Youth & Incoming Curator for the WEF Global Shapers Castries Hub 2025-2026).

💡 The impact? Participants expressed gratitude for the insights gained and left with a stronger understanding of leadership and its responsibilities. They are now better equipped to drive positive change within their communities.

A huge thank you to the Ministry of Youth Development and Sports Saint Lucia and Jeancon Trevon Harris for their partnership in making this workshop a success. This is just the beginning of a movement to strengthen youth leadership and community development in Saint Lucia! 🌱💙

🚨 Big News for Saint Lucia! 🚨

After months of advocacy for a National Food Systems Pathway, Minister of Agriculture Hon. Alfred Prospere has expressed interest in ensuring Saint Lucia develops and publishes its pathway ahead of the 2nd UN Food Systems Summit Stocktaking Moment (UNFSS+4) in July 2025.

As CEO of Strategy Reloaded and a member of the UN Food Coordination Hub’s LAC Young Leaders, I will be attending the Youth Global Conference in May 2025, leading discussions on food security, sustainability, and resilience. This is a historic step for our nation, as we work to develop a clear plan for our food system that prioritizes agriculture, climate resilience, and food security.

This initiative will require a national consultation, where input from farmers, policymakers, youth, businesses, and communities will help shape the roadmap for a stronger, more resilient food system.

I am deeply honored to have been nominated for the Norman Borlaug Award for Field Research and Application, a recognition that celebrates innovation and impact in addressing global food security. Though the award was ultimately granted to the outstanding Dr. Dennis Beesigamukama of Uganda, I remain grateful for the journey, the connections, and the trust placed in me.
