A heartfelt thank you to Professor Vicky Tchaparian for the precious gift of her book Raphaela and, even more, for the touching words written in its dedication.
Books carry stories, but sometimes the words written before the first page tell another story: one of appreciation, respect, and a shared journey.
I deeply value this gesture, which reflects not only the bond between colleagues but also the spirit of the Institute of Education & Training – Houch El Omara (IEFT): commitment, perseverance, and unity, especially during challenging times.
Leadership is never an individual path; it is built through the dedication, trust, and cooperation of a whole educational family. The strength of IEFT has always been found in its people: teachers, staff and students, who continue to believe in the mission of education.
Congratulations, Prof. Vicky, on your literary achievement. May Raphaela inspire many readers, carrying messages of resilience, hope, and the courage to move forward.

كل الشكر والتقدير للبروفيسورة فيكي تشاباريان على الهدية القيّمة، كتابها Raphaela، وعلى الكلمات المؤثرة التي خطّتها في الإهداء.
فالكتب تحمل بين صفحاتها قصصا وأفكارا، لكن أحيانا تحمل الكلمات المكتوبة قبل الصفحة الأولى قصة أخرى: قصة تقدير واحترام ومسيرة مشتركة.
أعتز كثيرا بهذه اللفتة التي تعبّر ليس فقط عن علاقة زمالة، بل عن روح العائلة الواحدة في معهد التعليم والتدريب الفني حوش الأمراء (IEFT)، روح الالتزام والثبات والوحدة، خاصة في الأوقات الصعبة.
فالقيادة ليست يوما مسيرة فردية، بل هي ثمرة ثقة وتعاون وتضحيات عائلة تربوية كاملة. وقوة المعهد الحقيقية كانت وستبقى في أبنائه: أساتذة، موظفين وطلابا، الذين يحملون رسالة التربية والتعليم بإيمان وإخلاص.
مبارك لكِ بروفيسورة فيكي هذا الإنجاز الأدبي المميز. أتمنى أن يصل كتاب Raphaela إلى قلوب الكثيرين، حاملا معه رسائل الصمود والرجاء والقوة للاستمرار رغم كل التحديات.
