منذ 44 عامًا ، أعلنت منظمة الصحة العالمية عن القضاء على مرض الجدري ، وهو أحد أكثر الأمراض فتكًا في التاريخ. الجدري هو مرض معد يسببه فيروس ينتقل عن طريق الاتصال المباشر أو الهواء. في ذروة انتشاره ، كان يصيب ملايين الناس سنويًا ويقتل ما يقرب من ثلثهم. كان له عبء كبير على الصحة والاقتصاد والتنمية البشرية. تم القضاء على الجدري بفضل جهود التطعيم العالمية التي بدأت في القرن الثامن عشر واستمرت حتى القرن العشرين. تم تطوير أول لقاح ضد الجدري في عام 1796 من قبل إدوارد جينر ، وتم تحسينه فيما بعد من قبل لويس باستور وآخرين. في عام 1959 ، أطلقت منظمة الصحة العالمية حملة للقضاء على الجدري من جميع أنحاء العالم. تم تشخيص آخر حالة معروفة من الجدري في عام 1977 في الصومال. في عام 1980 ، أعلنت منظمة الصحة العالمية أن الجدري قد تم القضاء عليه رسميًا. اليوم ، نحتفل بإنجاز تاريخي ونتذكر ضحايا هذا المرض الرهيب. نأمل أن نتمكن من تكرار هذا النجاح في مكافحة الأمراض الأخرى التي تهدد حياة البشرية. #الجدري

44 years ago, the World Health Organization declared the eradication of smallpox, one of the deadliest diseases in history. Smallpox is a contagious disease caused by a virus that spreads through direct contact or air. At its peak, it infected millions of people annually and killed about a third of them. It had a huge burden on health, economy, and human development. Smallpox was eradicated thanks to global vaccination efforts that started in the 18th century and continued until the 20th century. The first vaccine against smallpox was developed in 1796 by Edward Jenner, and later improved by Louis Pasteur and others. In 1959, the World Health Organization launched a campaign to eradicate smallpox from all over the world. The last known case of smallpox was diagnosed in 1977 in Somalia. In 1980, the World Health Organization announced that smallpox had been officially eradicated. Today, we celebrate a historic achievement and remember the victims of this terrible disease. We hope to be able to repeat this success in fighting other diseases that threaten human lives.

Facts About Cow's Milk: 🐮🐮🐮 - Iron: Cow’s milk does not have enough iron for your baby. This can lead to iron deficiency and anemia. If your baby doesn’t get enough iron, it could lead to developmental delays.

Protein. Milk also has a lot of protein. Too much protein can stress your baby’s kidneys, which aren’t developed enough yet.

Milk protein can also irritate your baby’s intestinal lining, which can cause bleeding. This can lead to blood loss in their stool.

Vitamin C. Milk is also lacking in vitamin C. Your baby needs vitamin C to help build their immune system and to absorb iron.

Fat. Cow’s milk doesn’t have the right kind of fat that babies need to grow. Fat is an important source of calories and essential vitamins for your baby.

Digestion. Your baby has a young digestive system, which means they can’t digest milk as easily as they can digest breast milk or formula.

Giving cow’s milk or other milk instead of formula or breast milk before age one can stop your baby from growing well.

اللغط العام The Common Mistake
دائما ما يقال عن المضادات الحيوية Antibiotics : دواء إلتهاب مثل: Ampicilin, و هو مضاد حيوي.
و عن دواء الإلتهابات Anti Inflammatory مثل Profinal, Advil الخ دواء التهاب.
فما الفرق بين دواء الإلتهاب و المضاد الحيوي؟

أدوية الإلتهاباب أو anti inflamatory: هي أدوية ممكن أن تتناولها في حالات إرتفاع في الحرارة, الأوجاع و بعض الإلتهابات في الجسم مثل إلتهاب الحنجره, التهاب المفاصل الخ
هي تعمل عن طريق تفكيك أو تغير بعض الأنزيمات في الجسم.

تأخذ مع الاكل لانها تسبب تقرحات في المعدة.
سلبياتها:
- ارتفاع في الضغط
- دوخة
- وجع في المعدة
-الحساسية ....
ممكن أن تعطى دون وصفة طبية

أما المضادات الحيوية: فهي أدوية يجب أن تعطى فقط مع وصفة طبية.
المضادات الحيوية هي بالفعل مضادة للبكتيريا و هنالك مضادات حيوية لا تعمل على بكتيريا معينة لذلك يجب على الطبيب أن يصف هكذا دواء. هذه الادويه لا تذيل التهابات الحنجرة مثلا اذا كان السبب فيروس Virus. و هي تأخذ لفترة زمنية معينة.

سلبياتها: Side Effects

- الإسهال
- اللعيان
- الحساسيه

لا تأخذ المضادات الحيوية دون استشارت طبيبك.
