Her experience in the field inspired her to constantly create methods of helping students gain their full learning potential. Throughout her teaching, counseling, administrative and coaching experience, she worked on the student's communication skills as they are of vital importance to their healthy growing personalities.
“All along my teaching and administrative experience in school, I noticed that there were many students who sit at the back of the classroom, dreaded from being called upon to communicate whether by speaking or sharing during classroom discussions. When I started teaching Public Speaking at the Lebanese University, the picture became clearer when I noticed the amount of fear and dread (Glossophobia) most students had of public speaking. I also noticed the amount of change and progress students attained after learning and practicing public speaking.”
In addition to the interest in student communication skills, raising or even scaffolding students' level of achievement is at the top of Mubadara’s priorities. That’s why Mubadara caters for Remedial and acceleration programs of school subject matters; Languages, Math and Sciences which are offered on a one to one or group basis.
