I’m truly honored to be appointed as the new Dean of the LAU - Adnan Kassar School of Business - Lebanese American University - LAU, effective September 2025.

With 20+ years of leadership and academic experience across Lebanon, the UAE, the UK, and the US, I’m excited to help shape the future of business education rooted in entrepreneurship, sustainability, and responsible leadership.

Grateful for this opportunity — and looking forward to the journey ahead!

Following the great success of multiple editions of the AI DubAI conference, I’m truly proud to be part of the organizing committee for the first-ever AI Conference in Lebanon 🇱🇧.
Together with an inspiring group of pioneers, we’ve been working hard to deliver a one-of-a-kind, five-day national event that kicks off this Monday, July 21, across multiple cities in Lebanon.

A heartfelt thank you to the visionary founder Dr. Hikmat Beaini for leading this bold initiative, and to H.E. Dr. Kamal Shehadeh for his unwavering support in championing AI as a national priority.

This is more than a conference — it’s a milestone for Lebanon’s digital future.

She currently serves as the Vice President of University Advancement at Canadian University Dubai (CUD), where she plays a key role in enhancing the university’s academic excellence, community engagement, and global impact. Through her leadership, she fosters strategic partnerships, drives innovation, and ensures that CUD remains at the forefront of higher education in the region and beyond. تعلن مؤسسة الكويت للتقدم العلمي عن أسماء الفائزين (بجائزة الكويت) لعام 2024 في دورتها 43 التي تمنحها سنويًا للعلماء الكويتيين والعرب ممن حققوا إنجازات بارزة ومساهمات علمية وفكرية متميزة على المستوى العالمي. حصلت على الجائزة مناصفة في مجال العلوم الاقتصادية والاجتماعية عن موضوع العلوم الإدارية الأستاذة الدكتورة ديما محمد رشيد الجمالي (الجمهورية اللبنانية)، نائبة رئيس الجامعة الكندية في دبي للشؤون الأكاديمية.

أصدق التهاني لكل اللبنانيين وللمسلمين خصوصاً بمناسبة حلول على الرغم من أن البلد يمر بوضع مؤلم و دقيق. لكن كلنا إيمان بأن يحمل العيد معه بشائر السلام لوطننا، والطمأنينة لابناءه الطيبين.

أن تحلّ جامعة البلمند في المرتبة الثانية بالتصنيف الجامعي على صعيد لبنان لَهُو أمرٌ مستحق ويدل على جدارة هذه الجامعة في المهنية ومعايير النزاهة والإنسانية، لما وصلت إليه من موقع متقدّم هو فخر للواقع الأكاديمي اللبناني في هذه الظروف الاستثنائية ولكل اللبنانيين وللمنطقة.

لقد تمايزت جامعة البلمند بالحس الإنساني، في خضم هذه الظروف المفصلية الاقتصادية والمعيشية التي يمر بها لبنان، حصنتها قيادة حكيمة فكانت إلى جانب الطلاب من خلال المحافظة على حقوقهم، حيث بقي سعر صرف الدولار لديها ١٥٠٠ ليرة خلافًا للجامعات الأخرى، وهذه مسألة حيوية مكّنت الجامعة من أن تُكمل رسالتها التعليمية والإنسانية في آن، وصولاً إلى تأمين الضمان للطلاب، و الاهتمام بالهيئة الاكاديمية و الادارية من خلال تأمين حقوقهم كاملة وقد حافظت على الجودة التعليمية والأكاديمية بشكل مميز يجب التوقف عنده في خضم التحولات والتغيرات التي حصلت في الجامعات اللبنانية.

تحية لجامعة البلمند لهذا الإنجاز المشرّف، الذي إن دلّ على شيء فإنّما يدل على حسن الإدارة والمتابعة والشفافية والاحتراف... تحية لجامعة البلمند رئيسًا وإدارةً وطلابًا و هنيئا للشمال و لكل لبنان بهذا الانجاز.
