Last Friday, March 15, MEU hosted the first workshop of the High-School track of the 3rd MEU Start-Up Innovation Competition. The 36 teams from 4 schools started a journey of learning, creativity, and competition. Dr. Philippe Zgheib coached the teams to fine-tune a value proposition for their innovative business ideas.

Mabrouk to the teams representing Collège des Frères Mont La Salle, Adventist School Bouchrieh, MASS School, and مجمع الأرز التربوي Al-Arz Educational Compound. We wish them the best as they prepare to submit their “Value Proposition” document, and we look forward to seeing them at the second workshop on April 5.

Today is Bitcoin Pizza Day! Thirteen years ago, a man paid 10,000 bitcoins for two Papa John's pizzas. Today, those 10,000 bitcoins are worth over $267 million (at the time of this post).
