‼️Call for agencies for the Aftergrad event‼️

USFC is calling for agencies to host AUB “AfterGrad” event. “AfterGrad” event a traditional event for graduating students where they attend an event that follows their commencement ceremony, to celebrate their graduation with their
fellow colleagues. As part of our responsibility to ensure the best experience for graduating students, below is the list of requirements that should be included in offers for them to be considered for the next selection round:
- Applicants should ensure the safety of the event, such as setting a minimum number of security members, First aid tent.
- Applicants should present at least 2 options for the theme and entertainment as well as multiple locations.
- Applicants should propose different DJ lineups accommodating for different music tastes..
- Applicants should provide free or discounted transportation means to prevent any accident.
- Applicants should declare their supply sources of Alcohol.
- Applicants should propose a plan for donation, involving a minimum of 5% of the event’s profits.

Interested agencies should submit two copies of the offer in a
sealed envelope to the office of student affairs(Mrs. Therese Mr’ib) before Thursday April 25, 2019. For further information feel free to contact us on [email protected].

Very honored to be asked to join to the Beymun opening ceremony. We would like to thank the Beymun committee for being kind enough to do so. Events like these are what keep us motivated as USFC’s; those that are held by committees with the mere goal of influencing and upbringing of both national and international students, opening a door for a more integrated society.
