Fitness Classes are offered 5 days a week. ASC offers memberships for ASG students, ASG parents and normal people. Members enjoy unlimited access to the fitness center, classes and courts. Special Discounts for ASG Teachers(20%), ASG Alumni(15%), students & Parents(10%), family pack. (10%)
Finally Club BYLAWS:
All members are kindly requested to respect the following:
• Maintain a calm atmosphere, act ethically and have sportsmanlike conduct.
• Preserve Club Property.
• Maintain the Cleanliness of the club.
• Refrain from smoking in the club.
• Abstain from using inappropriate words or insults.
• Return the key to the administration before leaving.
• Make sure to empty the locker before leaving the club.
• Settle membership fees on time.
• Members are not allowed to enter the club without their magnetic card.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring food to the club. The Pool:
• All members MUST shower before getting into the pool.
• Both women and men MUST wear a swimming cap to cover their long hair.
• Everyone MUST remain calm – especially the boys.
• All MUST refrain from inconveniencing or bothering others.
• Children are allowed to use the pool daily from Monday through Saturday until 6:00 pm and on Sunday until 1:00 pm.
• Children under 13 years old may not use the pool unless accompanied by a guardian.
• Swimming session (private) for 25$. Please note that the pool water temperature ranges from 28 to 30 degrees Celsius. Sauna Rooms:
• Shower BEFORE and AFTER entering the sauna rooms.
• Avoid randomly throwing water on the heater; instead, use the provided small water basin.
• Use a towel on the seats (highly recommend!)
The whirlpool bath:
• Maintain a calm atmosphere and without screaming.
• Keep children under 13 safe by not allowing them to use the whirlpool bath.
• Refrain from staying in the whirlpool bath for more than 20 minutes during peak hours. The Gym – Fitness Room:
• Use the towel on all machines.
• Bags are not allowed in the fitness room, it must be placed in the lockers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the machines.
• Return all weights to their places.
• Consult the coach inside the room without hesitation.
• Wear sports clothes when accessing the facility.
• Keep children under 15 out of the room unless they are accompanied by a trainer. Tennis Courts:
• Access to the courts is only available upon prior reservation.
• Reservations will be permanently cancelled if requests for cancelations are not done before 24 hours.
• In case of absence for any reason, the regular reservation fee is to be paid.
• Proper tennis attire MUST be worn at all times.
• Players are not allowed on the courts without shirts.
