3 Chef High quality Brazilian and Lebanese Food Today we produce many lebanese snacks. We also have our 3 Chefs Snack Shop in LIU West Bekaa Valley Campus.

Since 2010, 3 Chef is a Cooperative Manufacturer of Food based in the small village of Sultan Yaacoub Tahta (known as Lucy) in West Bekaa Valley, Lebanon. It was stabilized by the women of Sultan Yaacoub village who wanted to show and produce a specific variety of Brazilian food. Sultan Yaacoub village has a strong influence of Brazilian culture due to emigration of its population to Brazil and mo

st part of them come back to Lebanon regularly bringing the Brazilian culture or missing Brazil, specially food. That influenced the women of the Sultan Yaacoub village to start producing Brazilian snacks, initiating with the "pastel" dough, subsequently with our most famous product the "coxinha", after that we brought the "cheese balls" and "shesh barak" options too. Our products are available in major Bekaa Valley supermarkets, restaurants and catering. Come visit us or call us to show our products to you, we would love to have you as our costumer!
