More than ever, children in Lebanon are in need of current and effective safety education that does not inspire fear, but instead builds confidence. There is an increasing pressure on schools to provide education to students on safety topics. Lebanese communities are requiring that safety education topics like cyber safety, bullying or substance abuse be incorporated into the curriculum. Parents also are calling for education in these areas for their children, as many feel that they are not familiar enough with these issues to be able to protect their children adequately. That is why Kidproof courses are not a luxury, they are a necessity. The proven Kidproof Safety Programs have been put together by Canadian police officers, educators, psychologists, and seminar builders. Kidproof prides itself of its unique ability to address current issues in child safety through courses like Conflict Resolution, Internet Safety, Social Networking Safety, Bullying, Safe Sports, Personal safety and self-esteem building for girls, At Home Safety, Drug Alcohol & To***co Prevention, and much more. We believe that children learn from "doing" rather than simply sitting in a class listening to a lecture. That is why Kidproof Safety programs are so much fun for kids! Our programs are age appropriate, interactive, and entertaining. We use role play, group work and encourage critical thinking skills to ensure that our students are not just being told what to do, but instead, learn to asses a situation, recognize the warnings signs, and make a safe choice. Our instructors are qualified child psychologists and / or experienced educators, and we provide them with exceptional training and certification by Kidproof Safety Canada prior to teaching a program.
