For at least twelve years I was put in life & career situations where I found myself drawn to mentoring people on many levels and I reaped the fruit of watching real life transformations before my very eyes and how the impact of wisdom and words can motivate people to take major initiatives to move forward.
I have been led to the Powerful and Life Transforming path of Coaching by three empowering forces:
-My ‘Innate God-given Passion’ for people and the complexities of their lives
-My own life journey between Lebanon and the States that was full of constant challenges and hardships yet accompanied by a lot of deep inspiration and personal growth on every level
-My passion for Psychotherapy that was part of my educational background as well as my career that involved various fields: Business, Real Estate, Event Planning, and Community and Charity Work.
So when the opportunity to become a Certified International Life & Executive coach came along, I jumped at it knowing this will equip & qualify me even further to help people (women, men & young adults) to fulfill their utmost potential in every area of life: relationships, career, personal growth, self- image, finance, health & wellness, social life etc.
Partnering with and accompanying each client at a time on his or her own agenda until goals, dreams, skills and talents are fully realized gives me that ultimate fulfillment and reward in life.
The Executive or Business aspect of Coaching opened my eyes to the numerous ways to bring a more positive, healthier and more synchronized work atmosphere among all levels of the ‘business pyramid’.
There’s a great benefit when a coach objectively assesses and addresses different team dynamics, their communication levels, different leadership styles and the implementation of the Mission & Vision of the business that brings to surface any weaknesses present in order to improve them and highlights the strengths as major assets.
Also the role of good coaching is to bring a more profound sense of awareness among the leaders so they start looking at the employees as individuals with real lives outside of work and to allow them a healthy platform to release their pressures and to process their thoughts & behaviors. This approach would highly impact the work environment positively and tends to build more solid businesses.
Other aspects of Executive Coaching involve Fostering Collaboration, Engaging & Mobilizing employees, Thinking more Comprehensively, Implementing the Strategic Plan of the company, and Conflict Resolution among Team Members.
I’m totally looking forward to partnering with you on your own journey and I can promise you that you will be witnessing a Life & Career transformation that couldn’t have possibly been realized on your own or even if supported by a well-intentioned loved one or a real close friend.
