جمعية الصناعيين تابعت مع لجنة كورونا إعادة فتح المصانع

وطنية - أصدرت جمعية الصناعيين اللبنانيين بيانا، أشارت فيه الى "عقد إجتماع برئاسة النائب الأول لرئيس الجمعية زياد بكداش وفي حضور النائب الثاني للرئيس جورج نصراوي وعضو اللجنة الطبية لمكافحة Covid-19 في مجلس الوزراء نبيل رزق الله ورؤساء التجمعات الصناعية المناطقية في لبنان، وتركز البحث في خلاله في إمكانية التوصل الى إتفاق يقضي باستثناء المصانع من قرارات الاقفال التي تتخذها وزارة الداخلية والبلديات تجاه بعض القرى والبلدات والمدن لإحتواء تفشي وباء كورونا، خصوصا ان بعض المناطق الصناعية منفصلة جغرافيا عن المناطق السكنية ضمن النطاق البلدي الواحد، كما ان معظم عمال المصانع يأتون من مناطق غير خاضعة للاقفال والحجر".

ولفت البيان الى "ان رزق الله أعرب عن تفهمه لمطالب الصناعيين الذين أبدوا استعدادهم لتمويل واجراء عدد من فحوصات الـPCR عملا بالآلية المعتمدة مع البلديات واللجنة الطبية لمكافحة الكورونا والصليب الاحمر اللبناني".

الصناعة الغذائية في زمن الفرص الاكيدة

‏تحاول جمعية الوفيق منذ فترة استنهاض القطاعات الإنتاجية في ندوات أسبوعية وبرامج تعبأة تهدف تعزيز إمكانيات هذه القطاعات ، الزراعية والصناعية الغذائية ، تامين حاجات الاستهلاك المحلية كما دخول الأسواق الدولية و تأمين فرص تصدير مناسبة لالقتصادنا اللبناني. ويقول مدير عام وزارة الصناعة داني جدعون انه ربما أدت
الأزمة الحالية وتراجع الاستيراد الى انتعاش بعض القطاعات الصناعية، مثل صناعة الشوكولا ومواد التعقيم والتنظيف، إنما هذا الامر لا ينسحب على كل القطاعات. فعلى سبيل المثال تراجعت صناعة الورق والكرتون بسبب التوجه نحو «الأونلاين». وتابع: كما يلاحظ انه بسبب تراجع القدرة الشرائية يتّجه المواطن لصناعة ما أمكَن يدوياً «شغل البيت»، وتفضيل المنتجات اللبنانية على غيرها."

ويبدو انه في هذا الزمن الرديئ ، فاننا سنضيع الفرصة السانحه وقد كتبت ايفا ابو حيدر في جريدة الجمهورية:
"مع تراجع حجم الاستيراد الى حوالى النصف مقارنة مع العام الماضي، كان للقطاع الصناعي فرصة التوسّع في السوق المحلي وخلق خطوط إنتاج جديدة، فانتعشت خصوصاً قطاعات الصناعات الغذائية ومواد التعقيم والتنظيف والادوية، فهل باتت الفرصة سانحة اليوم لازدهار يَطال صناعات أخرى، مثل الألبسة والاحذية وتدوير الزجاج والبلاستيك؟"

ويوكد نائب رئيس جمعية الصناعيين النقيب السابق للصناعات الغذائية جورج نصراوي انّ بعض القطاعات الصناعية شهدت نهضة مؤخراً، لا سيما الصناعات الغذائية والاستهلاكية والادوية، أي زاد الطلب في السوق المحلي على كل الصناعات التي تتعلق مباشرة بالمستهلك. ورأى انّ نسبة ارتفاع الطلب تختلف باختلاف القطاعات، إنما زادَ الطلب في الصناعات الغذائية ما بين 20 الى٥١٪؜"

The Arab Food Safety Initiative for Trade Facilitation

The Arab region has one of the lowest levels of intraregional trade in food and agricultural commodities, despite preferential market access provided under the Pan Arab Free Trade Agreement. Nearly 54 percent of non-tariff measures in the Arab region are mainly related to technical barriers to trade (TBT) and sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) measures, contributing to impediments in intraregional trade, especially for food and agricultural products.

Although several countries in the Arab region have taken steps to upgrade their food safety systems, the capacity and efficiency of many countries must still be enhanced to ensure an adequate oversight for locally produced and imported food, as well as to demonstrate compliance with food standards in export markets.
