- آلية التقديم وشروط المشاركة
- الإجابة عن جميع أسئلتكم

عن البرنامج:

برنامج زمالة قيادي بدوام كامل لمدة سنتين يهدف إلى:

- تطوير مهاراتك القيادية والمهنية
- اكتساب خبرة عملية حقيقية في التعليم
- الاستفادة من تدريب احترافي معتمد دوليًا
- العمل في مدارس رسمية وشبه خاصة في مجتمعات بحاجة للدعم
- المساهمة في تحقيق العدالة التعليمية في لبنان

سيحصل المشاركون على:

- تدريب مكثّف
- إرشاد مهني مستمر
- فرص تطوير قيادي
- تجربة مهنية هادفة منذ بداية مسيرتهم المهنية

الشروط الأساسية:
• العمر بين 21 و28 سنة
• طالب في السنة 3 أو 4 أو 5 أو خرّيج جديد
• حاصل أو على وشك الحصول على إجازة جامعية
• الاستعداد للالتزام ببرنامج بدوام كامل لمدة سنتين
