الوصف الوظيفي:
تعلن مدرسة مونتيسوري اللبنانية عن حاجتها إلى معلّمة لغة عربية شغوفة ومتمكّنة لتدريس المرحلة الابتدائية الأولى، تتمتّع بالصبر والإبداع في إيصال المعلومة، وقادرة على تنمية مهارات الطلاب في القراءة والكتابة والتعبير الشفهي، ضمن بيئة تعليمية حديثة تعتمد نهج مونتيسوري.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
إجازة جامعية في اللغة العربية، التربية أو مجال ذي صلة.
شهادة تعليمية و/أو خبرة عملية مثبتة في التعليم الابتدائي أو التعليم المبكر.
إتقان تام للغة العربية الفصحى قراءةً ،كتابةً وتعبيراً.
أسلوب خلّاق في تبسيط المفاهيم وتقديم الدروس.
مهارات عالية في التواصل، إدارة الصف، وبناء علاقات إيجابية مع الطلاب والأهل.
