About the facilitator:
Rana Ayass is a wellbeing counselor, career guidance advisor, ProtectEd certified practitioner, mental health trainer, and child protection advocate. She holds a master’s degree in School Counseling from Lebanese University and currently serves as a school counselor at Makassed Omar Ben El Khattab College for middle and secondary levels.
Rana is also a member of the SAWA Counseling Unit at Al Makassed and is currently pursuing studies in Clinical Psychology at Lebanese University. With more than 21 years of experience in education as a biology and life science teacher, she is passionate about supporting students’ academic, social, emotional, and career development through inclusive and student-centered counseling practices.

About the facilitator:

Jinan Khaywa AlKassem is the Principal of Makassed Khaled Ben El Walid College, a Licensed Educational Psychologist, and an Inclusive Education Consultant. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Sciences at Saint Joseph University of Beirut and holds diplomas in teaching, educational leadership, and educational management.
With extensive expertise in inclusive education, she is committed to empowering educators, supporting student well-being, and fostering innovative, student-centered learning environments that promote academic excellence and inclusion for all learners.
